Terms and Conditions of Trading


Retention of Title


ALL goods remain the property of Gymnastics Leotards until they are paid for in full.


Order Quantities


There is no minimum order quantity or value.


Payment


Full and final payment is made online only.


Payment Methods


Payment methods we accept are Credit Card or Debit Card & our card processors are World Pay or PayPal.


Postage Costs


Costs of postage from Gymnastics Leotards and back to us in case of returning goods is non refundable.

All prices are subject to change without notice.


Delivery


Orders dispatched via mail, courier, Parcel Force or any other carrier will, in most cases require that a signature be obtained upon receipt of the goods. If for any reason the carrier cannot obtain a signature and the goods are returned to ourselves, Gymnastics Leotards are not liable for the cost of re-delivery. If, and where possible, please advise us of an alternative delivery address.


Stocked Items


We dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of order. You will always receive your goods within seven (7) working days.


Back Orders – Out of Stock Items


We endeavor to deliver all orders placed with us within 30 days of receiving the order. If any item is not in stock we shall place it on back order and dispatch as soon as available. Should delivery of the back ordered items not be possible, we shall contact the customer and offer an alternative product or a full refund if paid for on the back ordered items.


Exchanges


All exchange items must be accompanied by the original Invoice Number on which the goods were purchased, including your name and address. We advise customers to use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for mislaid or non delivery of parcels to us.

Do not include any other form of correspondence or orders with any returns, as this will result in confusion and delays. Customers are responsible for the postal cost of returning the item(s) and also for the cost of postage of the exchanged item(s) from us to you.


None Delivery


Advice of none delivery of goods invoiced must be notified in writing within seven (7) days, otherwise goods are deemed to have arrived. Email notification of none delivery is acceptable providing this is sent to us from the contact email address on your original order. Telephone and Fax are not acceptable, and we advise that you send your letter to us via Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery.


Returns - Perfect Goods


Please contact us by completing the form on our Contact Us page on the website, or by telephoning us on 01204 468444 BEFORE returning any items. Under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, as a customer you have a statutory 'cooling off' period of seven (7) business days from the day you receive your goods. You must notify Gymnastics Leotards that you wish to cancel your contract with us and a full refund be given. Return delivery costs back to Gymnastics Leotards shall be borne by you the customer.


The Gymnastics Leotards Guarantee


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason*, return the item unworn and in perfect condition, in original packaging with tags attached, within 14 days for an exchange or refund. When sending a return, please mark the parcel CUSTOMER SERVICES, quoting your invoice number and the reason for the return.


Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting.


*Personalised garments and special designs cannot be exchanged unless faulty, so please ensure you order the correct size.


Leotard Washing Instructions


We recommend that all leotards are turned inside out and machine washed on a 30° short cycle. Immediately hang your garment out to dry on a coat hanger. Keep away from heat.


DO NOT use bleach, detergents or fabric softeners.

DO NOT tumble dry or iron.

DO NOT rub or scrub foil print or metallic garments.

DO NOT hang your garments over radiators.

Please take notice that foil print and metallic garments may become dull or faded through repeated wear and washing. Where areas of foil are lost due to friction or abrasion during wear or washing, please be aware that this does not constitute a fault with the garment.


How do I return something if I need to?


Gymnastics Leotards recommends that you send all items back to us via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery so that we have to sign for it. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post, you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods that were lost. If you return your parcel via a form of delivery that is not guaranteed then Gymnastics Leotards will accept no responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged.

Returns & Faulty Goods


Please contact us by completing the form on our Contact Us page on the website, or by telephoning us on 01204 468444 BEFORE returning any items. Worn garments must be washed in the interests of hygiene. Return postage back to Gymnastics Leotards shall be borne by Gymnastics Leotards.


Special Order, Made to Order & Bespoke Items


Any item that is a special order, will not be accepted back in to stock for a refund, as we will be unlikely to sell them. Customers are advised to ensure that sizes and quantities are correct at the time of ordering, as this will avoid embarrassment of declining credits/refunds of your unwanted goods.


We cannot accept the return of:


Items returned after 14 days from the original invoice date.

Items not in its original condition.

Incorrectly washed garments.

Special order items.

Reduced or sale items.
